(Adds details throughout)

KRASNOYARSK/NOVOSIBIRSK, Jun 3 (PRIME) -- All miners were evacuated from Russia’s Zarechnaya coal mine, which caught fire on Friday morning, a source at the administration of the Kemerovo Region town of Polysayevo, where the mine is located, told PRIME.

“All people were brought to surface, there are no injured among them,” he said. Only firemen currently remain inside, he said.

The Emergency Situations Ministry’s regional office did not confirm evacuation of all miners.

“People are coming to the surface, rescuers are working there. Forces are sufficient… There is no information about injured yet. We are not confirming anything yet,” Viktoriya Olennikova, head of press office at the ministry’s regional office, said.

A source at emergency services said earlier that 103 miners were inside the mine when a transformer substation took fire at the level of minus 100 meters. He said that four miners had carbon monoxide intoxication and injuries.
